  • 2-3 chicken thighs (without skin)
  • 1 tablet of broth or chicken soup
  • Water
  • 200 gr. cooked chick-peas (they can be of boat washed)
  • Extra virgin chilli, olive oil and salt to the pleasure.
  • Mint (optional)

In order to prepare the canary soup of chicken, first we will prepare all the ingredients. We wash vegetables and we cut them to small trocos. We clean the skin of the chicken and cook chick-peas either we used those that go in boat and or are cooked (which will save long time to us).

We incorporate all the vegetables and the chicken to a casserole. We cover all the ingredients with water, we add salt to the taste, the tablet of broth and the chilli.

Ten in account that you can directly replace the tablet and the water by chicken soup.

We put half to fire hard and we let boil during 45 minutes. A form to see that it is cooked is puncturing the thigh of the chicken or the carrot, that is an indicative vegetable of when it is the rest, by its thickness and meat.

When we see that 10 minutes are approximately about to finish the baking, we add to noodles and chick-peas to the pot. You can add amount more or less following if you like soup of the light or thicker canary chicken.
