When the frenetic activity begins and every time we have less time, the use of foot processors allows us to optimize every minute and to secure extraordinary prescriptions. One of them, the sepia with potatoes in Thermomix, is of easy elaboration and with few steps to follow.
The sepia with potatoes is denominated traditionally as marmitako, of Basque origin, with a good potato base and some fish, that can be beautiful or tuna, very typical of the north. In this case, we presented the option with sepia.

How to prepare sepia with potatoes in Thermomix
We add the oil, the onion previously (started off in smaller pieces) and garlic in the glass of Thermomix. We crush during 5 seconds at speed 5. Next, we to saut© during 5 minutes, Varoma temperature, speed 1.
After to saut© the onion and garlic, we add the green pepper started off that previously we have started off in smaller pieces. We crush during 5 seconds at speed 5. Later we to saut© during 2 minutes, Varoma temperature, speed 1 of spoon.
Continuing with the prescription of sepia with potatoes in Thermomix, we add to the glass the crushed natural tomato and to saut© during 1 minute, Varoma temperature, speed 1 of spoon.
When the tomato this to saut©, we add the chilli slowly. we facilitate its mixture with the rest of ingredients moving everything during 3 seconds at speed 3.
We place the butterfly of the Thermomix and previously add cut potatoes in medium pieces. We cook during 2 minutes, temperature 100 ºC, left turn and speed spoon.
Finished step 5, we add the fish broth, either bought or that has exceeded to us of other elaborations. Next we programmed 20 minutes at speed spoon and Varoma temperature.
We cut the sepia in cuadraditos and we add to Thermomix. We program 5 minutes, Varoma temperature, left turn and speed spoon.
Finally, to finish our plate of sepia with potatoes in Thermomix we add the perforated parsley and we let rest some minutes in the own glass before serving.
