In order to prepare this wonderful prescription of rice to the furnace, for 3 people, we needed the following ingredients.
  • 200 grams of rice.
  • 200 grams of crushed natural tomato
  • 600 grams of spanish stew broth
  • 150 grams of potatoes cut in laminae
  • 100 grams of cooked chick-peas (in boat)
  • 1 blood sausage
  • 200 grams of pig bacon
  • 200 grams of pig rib
  • 60 grams of extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt touch (generally with 2 teaspoons it is sufficient)

Preparation of the rice to the furnace in Thermomix

First of everything it is to have preparations the ingredients.

Most important, the rice, we will weigh it in the foot processor and we will reserve.

In order to prepare our rice to the furnace, we will need to place the butterfly to our foot processor.

We add the oil to the Thermomix and warmed up during 3 minutes, 90 temperature ºC and speed 1. 

When the oil is hot, we add to bacon and the ribs, that previously we will have cleaned and preparation. We program 5 minutes to temperature varoma and minimum speed (1). 

In these 5 minutes that we have while the meat is to saut©, we prepared potatoes. We wash, we peeled and we introduce within the Thermomix.

Next, and once they have I finish these 5 minutes, is the moment for adding the tomato to our rice to the furnace in Thermomix that little by little is taking form. We add the tomato and we programmed 10 minutes, temperature varoma and speed 1.

We season with salt, the broth and saffron, so that it takes to color and flavor. We clear the butterfly and we programmed 20 minutes, temperature varoma and speed spoon. 

During these 20 minutes of rest, we preheated the furnace to 220 ºC.

Once finalized the time of baking in the Thermomix, we proved the final mixture in case we needed to add a little more salt (to the taste).

We prepare our mud casserole where we will add to the mixture already cooked the rice, chick-peas, the meat and the blood sausage.

We introduce the furnace and we roasted during 30 minutes, approximately. To control that a burned scab does not form and to move or to lower the height of the tray in this case.
